Automatic Feather Meal Rendering PlantProductIntroduction:The harmless treatment equipment for livestock and poultry (drying method) is to treatthe wastes by high temperature, high pressure sterilization and low temperature drying, and then crush them by a crusher. The resulting animal oil can be refined and processed into industrial oil, meat and bone meal can be processed into pet feed, organic fertilizer, etc.The treatment process is to transport animal corpses to cookingtanks after crushing in a sealed way–high temperature and high pressure sterilization, pressure relief and waste gas treatment–drying buffer–pressing degreasing–dust removal and waste gas treatment–crushing–storage package.Working Principle:The main shaft and outer jacket are filled with steam to increase the heat exchange area of the equipment, to produce pressure in the tank, to heat the raw material, to rotate and stir at a uniform speed, to decompose the material into powder, to achieve the effect of ripening and sterilization.Performance Characteristics:1. The shell is double-layer jacket and filled with steam to increase heat transfer area; the middle shaft is made of seamless steel tube, and the mixing teeth are made of Q345R material to enhance wear resistance.2. Welding reinforcing rings between the inner cylinder and jacket of the dryer to enhance the pressure of the cylinder so that it will not deform under vacuum negative pressure.3. Integral steel structure bracket, which can change the installation position at will.4. The inlet and outlet ports adopt collision block structure, which is convenient for operation.5. Single exhaust nozzle is used to effectively prevent material from ejecting. Electric valve can also be used to control, which is safe, fast and convenient.6. Use automatic drainage system to return steam condensate to boiler to reduce energy consumption and save water sources.7. The inner layer is equipped with an electric thermocouple device, which can measure the temperature of the ripening section; the jacket layer is equipped with a pressure gauge to measure the pressure of steam, and the overpressure is automatically discharged.8.
